Where do we Post to?

I will post orders to U.K. I'm sorry, but I cannot sell to any other countries.

Postage & Packing Charges

Free First Class post to anywhere in the U.K. is included in the price of each costume.

If you require a faster delivery, we recommend upgrading to Special Delivery at an additional cost of £5.00 per order. Royal Mail guarantee the parcel will be delivered the next working day after it has been posted (usually by 1pm). However, there must be someone available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, or it will be returned to the sorting office.
If you require the Special Delivery Saturday Delivery service, this costs an additional £7.00 per order. For more information on Royal Mail's Special Delivery service, please see the Royal Mail's own website.

If you have a particular date you need a costume delivered by, please check with us as to which service we recommend.

Despatching Orders

In Stock Costumes

Orders for in-stock costumes received before 1.00pm on a Working day will be despatched that day. Orders received after 1.00pm will be despatched on the Next Working day.

I will e-mail all customers to let them know when their order has been sent.

While Shepherds Watched cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery caused by Royal Mail, or by there not being someone to sign for a Special Delivery parcel.

However, on the rare occasion that a parcel doesn't turn up, please do contact me and I'll do my best to help.

Discounts for Buying Three (or more!) Costumes

While Shepherds Watched is happy to offer a discount of £1.00 off each costume when you order 3 or more. This discount will be automatically deducted at Checkout.

Also when you order 3 or more costumes, I will upgrade your delivery method to Next Day Special Delivery at no extra charge to you (normal upgrade charge is £5.00). Please select 'First Class Postage FREE' at Checkout and your order will be upgraded automatically.

Bulk Orders Larger discounts are available for Larger orders. Please get in touch if you wish to discuss this.

Payment Details

Payment can be made through Paypal. Paypal allows you to make Secure payments directly to While Shepherds Watched using your Credit or Debit card without the need to open an account with them.

Availability

There will be a time delay between an order for a costume being placed, and the website stock levels being updated. Therefore there may be an occasion when the stock levels indicated on the website are out of date. If this does occur, and you order a costume which is actually sold out, you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered a replacement or a refund.

Returns and Complaints

In the unlikely event of you not being satisfied with your purchase, or if there is a problem with the costume, then you must inform While Shepherds Watched immediately and we can arrange a replacement or a full refund.

If you change your mind, you can return the costume to us for a full refund. However you must pay for the return of the costume, and you are responsible for obtaining Proof of Posting as we will only credit your refund when we receive the costume back in perfect, unworn condition.

Legalities

UK law is the applicable law for this transaction.

When buying goods and services on the Internet, the consumer is entering a legally binding contract.

Data Protection

While Shepherds Watched will keep customers' details on record for the purposes of fulfilling their order only (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will never sell on your details - we respect your privacy and hate spam as much as you do!

All payment details are held by Paypal or Nochex (whichever you choose). We do not have access to your card details.

Cookies

When you place your order, you have the option of having the cart remember your details. It does this by placing a small 'cookie' on your computer containing your details. If you would rather this didn't happen then please don't select this option, or set your browser to never accept cookies.
