The last of the 2011 costumes are finally on their way. I heard yesterday that they will be in Bristol by the end of the week, and so should hopefully be with me next week. I have been waiting for these, as you may have spotted a lack of brown coloured costumes this year!
I know many people like a brown costume for their ‘Joseph’ role, so I will have 2 different waiting for them the first is a plain Chestnut costume with matching head dress, and the second is a red – brown striped robe, again with matching head dress. I can’t actually find my sample of the Striped fabric, so it will be a lovely surprise for me as well when it arrives!
Both of these costumes will be available in Medium (age 4 – 7) and Large size (age 7 – 11). I will post photos as soon as they arrive.
As with all of my costumes, I will only have a limited stock of these costumes, so if you’re interested in them and would like to reserve one please do get in touch.
May I introduce the lovely people at Wiltshire Web? They’ve just published a short article, seeing as I live and work in Wiltshire!
If you’re thinking of coming to this beautiful county for work or leisure, then do have at look at Wiltshire Web for some great places to visit and things to do. You can follow them on Twitter as well @WiltshireWeb
I can’t tell you how delighted I am to hear back from my customers when they’ve received their costumes. I love hearing that they love the costume, they were delighted with how quickly it arrived, and that there child is now all set for their play!
One of the strange things about buying online is that it still feels a little risky. Will your purchase look as good in real life as it did on the screen? Will it fit? Will it arrive in time?
If you order from my site and then aren’t happy, or have a problem, please just get in touch and I’ll do my best to sort the problem out.
If you need reassuring before you order, I have just added some wonderful e-mails I’ve received this week to the websites ‘Testimonials’ section. Please have a read and see how delighted other customers have been.
Me? I’m off to polish my halo and bask in the warm glow of such wonderful praise 🙂
our Maroon Shepherd!
They are going fast, and I only have 5 left in a Medium size, and 7 in the Large Size. If you think your young Shepherd or Shepherdess would like one of these, then please don’t delay!
The last Khaki Stripe Innkeeper has left the Building!
Remember I found one of our most popular costumes from last year, hiding in my cupboard? Well if you fancied it – too late! It has gone!
Stocks of our new costumes are continuing to sell well, so please don’t leave it too late to buy this year. These beautiful costumes come direct to me from India, and they are sold exclusively on this website. The fabrics change every year, so once a costume has sold out, it has really gone.
Some other of our new costumes have been selling well so I will update you as stock levels become low on them as well.
Amazing what you find when you do a stock take, isn’t it!
The last ever Khaki Striped Inn keeper
Lurking in a box of Blue Striped Shepherds, I found what must be the very last Khaki Striped Inn keeper. This costume was a run away success last year, and so I was delighted to find one last one hiding away.
This really is the very last of these, so if you fancy it please don’t wait!
See the costume here!
Mary costume in a large size, to fit age 7 – 11
There are now large sized Mary costumes, Joseph costumes and Star . Angel tunics on the site.
Lots more costumes to add as soon as I take photos of them. All beautiful so dying to get them onto the site! Lots more large costumes, and also plenty of Medium sized as well.
Please be patient – I will work as fast as I can!
I’ve just received some paperwork for this year’s costume delivery, which means they’re on their way! Obviously somewhere between Bristol and Wiltshire, so keep your eyes open for them.
Photos of piles of boxes to follow shortly!
Just been informed that because of the weather conditions, Royal Mail has suspended their ‘next Day by 1pm’ guarantee on their Special Delivery service. This means that I can not guarantee Next Day Delivery either.
To quote from Royal Mail :-
“Suspension of the Special Delivery™ guarantee
Weather conditions are affecting mail services in some parts of the UK with snow and ice making collections, deliveries and movement of mail very difficult or unsafe in some areas. Whilst we are continuing to accept, prioritise and expect to deliver the majority of Special Delivery™ items, the changing weather conditions mean we cannot guarantee the delivery of all items the next day in all areas. Therefore, in order to provide customers with clear guidance, we are removing the Special Delivery™ guarantee for items posted from Wednesday 1st December 2010. We will restore the guarantee of delivery as soon as we can assure customers we can honour the service promise in full.”
